With the launch of Poco F1 back in 2018, the sub-brand of Xiaomi- Poco got so much hype and good response, the phone had overwhelming sales. Even in Nepal, Poco F1 changed the mindset of people about how good the phones could be in the budget segment. After that, Poco became independent from Xiaomi and began producing its own smartphones under its own branding globally. In Nepal, Poco is announcing its debut with some hints of which phones could be launched soon. With the images from the official Facebook page of Poco, we have guessed some probable smartphones i.e Poco C3 and Poco M2 that could be launched any time in the upcoming days. So, without further talking, let’s dive right into the guesses.
Poco C3
The company is looking to play it safe, at least at first. Instead of bringing high end devices like F2 Pro, the company seems keen on budget lineup. The phone looks strikingly similar to Redmi 9C, with a smaller screen of 6.43″ (HD+). It’s got MediaTek Helio G35 SoC. It has got same set of triple camera on the back with 13MP+2MP+2MP combination as Redmi 9C. For detailed specifications and review, you can view our post here.
Poco C3 doesn’t bring any unique features that other phones haven’t provided in the price segment. Nevertheless, this is just debut and we would love to see more premium devices from the company.

Verdict
It is a good initiation from the company to bring phones to Nepal through official sources. The phones are not exciting enough though, considering the fact that we have seen phones of similar capabilities in the price range. But, this doesn’t mean we have to be hopeless. Poco will bring more premium offerings in the near future to be able to flourish in the Nepalese market as well.
