POCO has launched its new phone POCO X4 Pro 5G globally in a virtual event held this Monday. POCO X4 Pro 5G is a mid-range smartphone and basically a rebranding of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G under its name. This smartphone is also the successor of the POCO X3 Pro from last year. Today we will look at its specs, features and expected price in Nepal.

Design and Display
Talking about the design, POCO X4 Pro features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution. It gives a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. Similarly, the smartphone has a peak brightness of 1200 nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
POCO phones are mostly appreciated for their design. Talking about the context of POCO X4 Pro, it holds a boxy design with a rectangular camera module rather than its round module. The camera module holds the full width of the device. The back of the device is made up of 2.5D glass with a lighting effect.

POCO X4 Pro 5G runs in a Qualcomm snapdragon 695 5G (6nm) mobile processor. Alongside this smartphone will run on an octa-core GPU and Adreno 619 GPU. You will see MIUI 13 for POCO on top of Android 11.
Moving on, POCO X4 Pro boasts LPDDR4X RAM of 6GB and 8GB. Furthermore, it will provide a storage capacity of 128 GB and 256 GB. This smartphone will allow you to expand your memory up to 1TB via external means.

POCO X4 Pro features a triple camera set with a primary 108MP Camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and 2 MP macro sensor. It features a 16 MP front camera.

To mention other features of POCO X4 Pro 5g, it has a massive battery of 5000mAH with 67W fast charging. For security, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. This might be quite odd of having a side-mounted fingerprint sensor despite the AMOLED display. Also, you will get sensors like accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass which are quite common.

Verdict
To share an opinion about this phone, this can be a good option. The charger you will get with POCO X4 Pro is 67 Watt, so that will be nice. The unsatisfactory point can be the unavailability of the in-display fingerprint. Moving into the price section, it is affordable I would say.
