Design & Display
The design of the Realme GT Explorer/Master Edition has more of a subtle look to it if we compare it to regular GT. The Suitcase Design is designed by well-known and legendary Japanese designer, Naoto Fukasawa and is made up of Vegan leather. The back cover has curve to it making it comfortable to hold.
In terms of display, you will get 6.43″(ME) and 6.55″(Explorer ME) Super AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate. Screen size is compact and should be easier to handle the phone. They have 1000 nits/1100 nits of peak brightness. Not bad, not great and easier to forget that they are just premium mid-range phones.
Performance
Realme GT ME has got Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 5G chip-set under the hood, first phone in the world to integrate it. It is built on 6nm process and has octa-cores(1×2.4 GHz Kryo 670 Prime & 3×2.2 GHz Kryo 670 Gold & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo 670 Silver). In terms of benchmarking, it performs 10% better than Snapdragon 860 in terms of Antutu score. For GPU, there is Adreno 642L.
In GT Explorer ME, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G chip-set. This is built on 7nm process and it performs 42% better than Snapdragon 860 in terms of Antutu score. So, the explorer one has better performance along with the price.
GT ME comes in 6/8GB RAM variants and 128/256GB of ROM configurations while GT EME comes with 8/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage.
Camera
Both have triple camera setup on the back. GT ME has 64MP+8MP+2MP camera setup without OIS. It has 32MP selfie camera with Sony sensor (undisclosed).
For GT EME, there is 50MP primary(Sony IMX 766) lens with OIS, 16MP (Sony IMX 481) ultra-wide sensor and 2MP macro sensor. For selfie, it has 32MP (Sony IMX 615) selfie shooter.
Other Features
