Design & Display
If you are familiar with the Nothing Phone 1 , there is no super different thing going around the back in the new one. The phone is still transparent from the back for you to see what is inside. The difference I found out was the glass curving. This is a neat phone to hold in hand, it has a different kind of premium feel to it.
Nothing 2 has an LTPO OLED display producing 1B colors. It has a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. It also has HDR10+ and a peak brightness of 1600 nits. This is a good display.
Camera
This phone has amazing cameras. Trust me, they are great. The thing is, it’s pretty much the same from last year. It does have an 18-bit Image Signal Processor (ISP) and it is capable of capturing 4,000 times more camera data than Phone (1). So, great.
Also, check out the cameras of Xiaomi 14. They’re pretty good too.
Battery
This phone is not going to last you an entire day if you are going to be on it the whole day. The battery is just 4700 mAH in the Nothing Phone 2 which is neither the best nor the worst. This now comes down to your usage, but for a general user who isn’t gaming but clicking a few videos here and there, could last you an entire day.
Verdict
All in all, this is a really really good device. There is no saying otherwise. It is an amazing performer and has a great design. The processor is fast, the display is great and this phone falls under the umbrellas of flagships. If you are one of those planning to buy it, go for it. Nothing Phone 2 is a great one.
