One needs to renew their Meroshare and DEMAT account every year. Meroshare renewal service was started from the 1st of Shrawan 2077 in eSewa. Now, the addition to it has been done by instant DEMAT renewal services. Now, you can simply use this particular digital wallet to pay for renewal of MeroShare and DEMAT without physical presence in the depository participants or brokers.
Here’s the guide to renew your DEMAT account using eSewa within MeroShare portal:
- Log in to Mero Share’s portal
- Click on “Mero Share Profile on the top right corner
- Click on “Renew Account”
- Select payment method by tapping on “eSewa”
- Choose among “MeroShare & DEMAT”, “MeroShare” or “DEMAT” as per your need
- Check your details and click on “Proceed”
- Log in to your eSewa ID
- Fill up the user payment details and click on “Continue Payment”
- Check all the details and tap on “Confirm”
- You’ll get the notification of successful payment

This integration between eSewa and MeroShare has added yet another comfort in the investors of the capital market in Nepal.
