Global Finance has designated the World’s Best Consumer Digital banks in Asia Pacific 2020. It has announced Standard Chartered bank of Nepal as one of the round one winners for the world’s best consumer digital banks. This is consecutively the sixth year when the bank has acquired this esteemed award. Through the medium of various service journeys like the introduction of mobile  2.0 app where one can personalize their mobile app, enforcement of web-based strategies, and by the practice of leveraging other online channels this year, Standard Chartered bank has been able to expand its banking presence digitally by transforming the customer experience.
