The finals for Redmi K20 Pro PUBG Mobile Tournament 2020 was held at Chaya Center, Thamel on Saturday, the 22nd of February. The gaming community in Nepal has been growing quite a lot these past few years. With that in mind, Xiaomi had organized this event collaborating with Kurukshetra. The total prize amount for the Tournament was Rs 115,000.
There were a total of 16 teams that made it to the finals by outscoring all the others from 160 teams that played. The game was very competitive, and the teams gave them all to triumph over all the others. Out of sixteen qualifiers, team, ‘KINGS Nepal’ stood triumphant. Team SINS and team EXPERIMENTAL ended second and third in such order. The prize amount was Rs 50,000 for 1st place holder, Rs 30,000 for 2nd place holder and Rs 20,000 for 3rd place holder.
Besides that, Vianet offered free internet to the winners too. 1st place holders will be provided with free 20Mbps internet for a year, 2nd place holders will be provided with free 20Mbps internet for 6 months, 3rd, 4th and 5th place holders will also be provided the free 20Mbps internet for 3 months. This is a great initiative from Vianet to encourage the players. Vianet Internet Service was used for lag-free gameplay during the event, too.
