What’s different from the X3?
We’ve seen tons of “new” devices launch in the market with little to no changes from their previous versions. With the Insta360 X4, it is completely different. The X3 being the fantastic device it already is, does not even come near the new X4.
Starting right from the 8K shooting capabilities, it has set a different standards for the entire 360º camera market. Insta360 X4’s price in Nepal will shock you too.
The diving distance has remained the same 10 meters however the overall run time has increased by entire 54 minutes. So, it will last an hour longer. Insta360 X4 also uses AI for noise reduction.
X3 only shot 4K AT 30 fps when in the single shot mode which X4 bumps up to 4K at 60 fps. Even shooting at the 360º mode has been increased to 4K@100 from 3K@100. Not just this, we even get features like gesture control now. So, there is no need for you to touch the big beautiful display it has.
All in all, the X4 is a huge upgrade from the X3. Whether, one needs it or not depends entirely on their uses.
