Xiaomi Starts its First Authorized Service Center in Pokhara

Xiaomi Nepal has launched its fifth Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Mahendrapool, Pokhara, Nepal for betterment in the quality of after-sales service and customer experience. This is the company’s first service center in Pokhara in Gandaki Province and fifth service center that Xiaomi has launched in a time span of just eight months. Other service centers are located in Kathmandu, Narayanghat, Nepalgunj, and Itahari.

Xiaomi as a brand has showcased diligent efforts to build and maintain the highest benchmarks towards quality and process and the expansion of the after-sales service network in Nepal marks a significant step towards the same. Each service center is around 400 sqft with a dedicated team of professionals and technicians to assist users in resolving issues quickly.
