EXCESS comes back with X-Tech Studio 3.0

Electronics, Communication and Information Engineering Students Society ( EXCESS ) at IOE Purwanchal Campus is going to organize one of the biggest Tech Fest of the East “X-Tech Studio 3.0” under the lead of EXCESS president Mr. Gokarna Baskota; an electronics final year student at the campus. Following on previous successful seasons, the third season has already started on 27th of Poush and will run till the 28th and 29th of Poush at IOE Purwanchal Campus.

The third iteration of X-Tech Studio has already completed it’s pre-events starting from 30th Kartik in the form of X-Tech Quiz, Cyber Security Webinar, IOT Training and Workshop, Webinar on Satellite and Communication, Webinar by Libre Office/The Document Foundation, Webinar on ‘Software Engineering and Design’, Photography Competition and many more . The pre events altogether held an exciting participation of 700+ of students and enthusiasts, physically and online combined. The timeline of X-Tech Studio 3.0 extends from the starting day on 27th to the closing day in 29th, this month to organize X-Tech Studio 3.0 and includes Robo Race, Hardware Hackathon (28 hrs long) , Project Demonstration, School/College(+2) Level Quiz, Fastest Hackathon (2 hrs long), and many fun and stall games.

The first installment of X-Tech was out under the theme “Smart Digital Room” which marked a huge success in terms of participation, accounting direct engagement of 1500 students and also held the honorable presence of respected Mahabir Pun as a chief guest. “This year considering the engagement of bigger names and figures, the total participation throughout the event is expected to Cross the mark of 4000, accumulating both the physical and online presence” says EXCESS President Gokarna Baskota.

The organizers are highly positive in creating a Tech Friendly environment across the City, targeting the school and college level students the most, Baskota added.
