Samsung has recently launched the Galaxy A2 core with Android Go Operating System in Nepal. It’s the third Android Go phone from the company. Android Go is a stripped down version of Android designed to run entry-level smartphones comprising the three optimized areas: Operating system, Play Store, and Google Apps which have been re-imagined to provide a better experience on a compact hardware.

Galaxy A2 Core comes with a 5inch quarter HD display with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and 540 x 960 pixels resolution. Talking about the physical experience of the phone, we see that the phone is made of a plastic body with a glossy finish touch. Despite that, the phone is not too slippery. It has dual SIM slots with Dual 4G support.
A2 core has 1GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage which can be expandable up to 256GB. It has a 5MP rear camera with f/1.9 aperture and 5MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture for taking selfies.

Galaxy A2 core is a budget-oriented smartphone i.e. it’s below 10K in Nepal. The phone serves the low-end users with its classic design and has the functionalities of the basic smartphone. It has the special feature called “ Extended calling “ where users can call the loved ones even after the phone’s battery has dead by choosing two special peoples.
I would love to have an HD display and fast charging support in this phone but I can understand not having it in this price range as Samsung has made this phone for low-end users with a very budget price. It goes super easy on your wallet and thanks to its small comfortable size. Galaxy A2 core can be a good alternative to other Android Go phones available in Nepal.
