Ncell, a leading mobile network operator in Nepal, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with e& international to collaborate on delivering innovative digital services, platforms and customer experiences in Nepal.
The MoU was signed at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona by Jabbor Kayumov, CEO & Managing Director of Ncell, and Khaled Mohamed Riad, Chief Business Officer of e& international.
The partnership aims to drive revenue growth, bring new services to market, optimize costs, and accelerate Nepal’s digital transformation. Key areas of collaboration include:
- Advanced analytics and customer value management to deliver personalized offers and superior customer experiences
- Sales, marketing and digital solutions to grow Ncell’s customer base and manage its distribution channels
- Network optimization to enhance service delivery in rural areas in a cost-effective manner
- International carrier services to expand Ncell’s global connectivity and wholesale offerings
- Digital transformation initiatives targeting tech-savvy youth and leveraging e& international’s expertise
Ncell will appoint alliance leads to coordinate the strategic partnership. Together, Ncell and e& international aim to accelerate Nepal’s progress in the digital age and contribute to the realization of the nation’s Digital Nepal vision.
