Nabil Bank has entered into a tripartite agreement with Daraz and imark to allow the customers of Daraz to use Nabil SmartPOS on making payments for online purchases. Customers shopping through Daraz will soon be able to make payments through SmartPOS, an Android portable payment solution that accepts any payments anytime, anywhere. Daraz shall soon enable delivery to their valued customers through over 100+ Nabil SmartPOS.

On the 22nd of December, the bank’s CEO himself, Mr. Anil Keshary Shah introduced the agreement and showed a demo of how to do perform payment through SmartPOS.

How to pay through your card to Daraz by using Nabil SmartPOS?

As you know, Daraz now delivers packages to your doorsteps after you confirm the order. After receiving the package, you can pay either through digital mediums, or cash or through their debit/credit cards. It was albeit difficult to pay through the cards after such deliveries. Hence, Nabil Bank has brought a solution in collaboration with Daraz and iMark. The SmartPOS machine of Nabil Bank has been developed by iMark Pvt. Ltd.

After receiving the package from Daraz, you can follow these simple steps to make payments through your card using Nabil SmartPOS.

  • The delivery personnel has a portable SmartPOS device which scans the QR code on the package
  • Then, the payable amount is displayed on the POS machine
  • You can select “Pay Now” option and then tap on the POS machine’s card reader
  • Then the transaction is complete and you will get the receipt

You can get two payment slips, one for the delivery person and one for yourself.

The facility will be available from January 1, 2022. From that day, you can pay for the purchases in Daraz through your card using Nabil SmartPOS.
