Gogoro and Nebula energy, both are reputed global leaders in their segments come together to now bring CrossOver GX250 and battery swapping technology to Nepal. Gogoro has recently been really actively growing around on various countries. From this week Nepal has been added to the list.
This does not just mean another electric scooter arriving too Nepal. With the entrance of battery swapping technology, this could be a new revolution for the Nepalese market. According to Gogoro, they plan on installing more battery swapping stations than Petrol Pumps. These announcements were made during a special media program that happened at Ananda Bhawan, Lazimpat.
Mr. Kulman Ghising, managing director of NEA and Mr. Yen-Yang Chen, Gogoro Executive jointly inaugurated the first battery swapping technology and the Gogoro CrossOver GX250.

Gogoro CrossOver GX250 Availability in Nepal
Nebula Energy will initially offer the battery swapping services to strategic B2B partners and plans to install GoStations around Kathmandu valley to ensure there is a station available every 2-3 kilometers. Nebula Energy will also be rolling out new Gogoro SmartScooter models this year for both retail and corporate customers. The scooters will be available for sale to retail customers around the Dashain period. Eventually, Nebula Energy plans to install more Gogoro GoStations than the number of petrol stations in Nepal.
