Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, has been crowned as the best smartphone of the year 2021 at Mobile World Congress (MWC) held in Barcelona Spain. Samsung’s latest flagship surpassed Apple’s iPhone 12 Pro Max, OnePlus 9 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra as well as its own Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. The phone was crowned as the best Smartphone of the year. The device was showcased at the MWC for the first time in Barcelona after its release in January this year.

MWC is the largest mobile telecommunication expo in the world. It is organized by Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA) every year. The 2021 edition of ‘Global Mobile Awards’ at Mobile World Congress (MWC), Barcelona has crowned Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra 5G as the best phone of the year. The event which was canceled last year due to a pandemic was started on 28th June and concluded on July 1st. Companies around the world demonstrate and launch their next-gen flagships and compete for various titles during the event. The event selects outstanding innovations, hardware, software, and services and announces the best products among them. The jury evaluate performance design, innovation, ease of use, user experience, reliability, as well as cost-effectiveness and choose the best overall smartphone of the year.
