ACES, a youth-led active organization, a collaborative effort of computer engineering
students from Tribhuvan University(TU), IOE Purwanchal Campus, Dharan established
with the aim of enhancing the technical skills of computer engineering students through
various workshops and competitions, within and outside the campus since 2013, with
the tremendous success of the ACES-TECHFEST 4.0, is back with the next one
“ACES-TECHFEST 5.0” for this year.
ACES aims to develop a base knowledge of every computer-related field for each
individual, regardless of his/her technical background through the practical education
applicable in the real world. On the way of breaking the barrier statement “Being far from
Kathmandu”, ACES has no way left to prove that “there are no learning opportunities
outside the valley”.To demonstrate our competence, ACES has consistently performed
well through various extra-curricula tech pursuits. Among which, ACES-TECHFEST
has always been the most significant event that has been conducted annually for the last 5
years in IOE, Purwanchal Campus, Dharan which is considered to be the biggest tech
festival in Eastern Nepal.
To be more precise, ACES-TECHFEST is an event that specializes in bringing together IT
enthusiasts from all around the country to learn about new technologies, determined to
incorporate as many IT students, enthusiasts, and professionals as possible in our
online community events.

Microsoft Azure Workshop, Ideathon, and many more as last year’s TECHFEST events,

According to the president of ACES, it is targeted to all IT enthusiasts, students,
professionals, and teachers aiming to reach all students of our college(1500 students
approx.) and to over 500 audiences and participants from outside the college through
our 7 days long fest.
