Standard Chartered Bank Customers can Now Link their Bank Account to connectIPS with just a Few Clicks

Standard Chartered Bank customers can now easily verify their accounts in connectIPS through the bank’s Online Banking or SC Mobile App. This will allow customers to access a wide range of services available via connectIPS.

This move is part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to provide its customers with the latest banking technology and services. By integrating connectIPS with the bank’s Online Banking and SC Mobile App, customers can now access a wide range of financial services with just a few clicks.

This feature is expected to be welcomed by Standard Chartered Bank customers who have been looking for a more convenient way to access connectIPS services. With the bank’s easy-to-use Online Banking and SC Mobile App, customers can now link their accounts and enjoy a hassle-free banking experience.

How to Link and Verify Standard Chartered Bank Account in connectIPS

Before linking the bank account, the customer needs to ensure that the mobile number used in connectIPS is same as that provided at the bank.

The process to link your account is simple and can be done in just a few clicks. Customers need to log in to their Online Banking or SC Mobile App, click on “Transfer” in the main menu, and select “connectIPS Transfer”. From there, they can click on “Link to connectIPS” and enter their connectIPS ID and account alias.

The system will then prompt customers to enter their email address or mobile number registered with the bank. Once confirmed, customers can enter the OTP sent to their mobile device to complete the verification process.

  • Login to Online Banking/SC Mobile App
  • In the main menu, click on “Transfer”
  • Select “connectIPS Transfer”
  • Click on “Link to connectIPS”
  • Enter connectIPS ID and Account alias
  • System will prompt your email ID/ Mobile number registered with the bank*
  • Click confirm to submit the request
  • Enter OTP sent to your mobile, confirm and you are done

Once the account is verified, customers can enjoy the benefits of connectIPS, such as instant fund transfers, online bill payments, and other financial transactions.

This new feature from Standard Chartered Bank not only provides customers with greater convenience, but it also offers added security measures to ensure a safer banking experience.
