realme 7 and realme 7i which were supposed to come on Daraz 11.11 sale day wasn’t launched then due to some circumstances. Now, the phone has finally been launched in Nepal via a live event on Realme Nepal’s official FB page. So, let’s take a quick look at the phones with their specifications and pricing.
realme 7 Overview
The phone weighs 197g, which is on the heavier side. The phone offers a plastic back with plastic frame. The back cover has dual-tone glossy back, with realme branding at the bottom. There are two color options on the phone, Mist Blue & Mist White.
The display on the phone is 6.5 inches 90Hz FHD+ IPS LCD display with 20:9 aspect ratio. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protects the front of the device.
On the performance side, the phone offers MediaTek Helio G95, a slightly improved version of Helio G90T. It is an octa-core (2×2.05 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) processor. We get 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage options.
The phone has quad camera setup with 64MP+8MP(ultrawide)+2MP(macro) + 2MP(depth) combination. For selfie, there is 16 MP, f/2.1 single camera on the hole punch cutout.

Realme 7i is the toned down version of Realme 7. The phone offers plastic black, with dual-tone (matte+glossy) finish. The phone comes in two color options, Aurora Green and Polar Blue.
The display on the phone is 6.5″ 720 x 1600 pixels resolution 90Hz IPS LCD panel with 20:9 aspect ratio. The display is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass for protection. As for performance, the phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 (11nm). Realme 7i comes in 4GB RAM options with 64GB/128GB storage options.
There is a quad camera setup on the back with 64MP+8MP+2MP+2MP, same as Realme 7. For selfie, the phone has 16MP, f/2.1 front camera. The device has 5000mAh battery, with 18W fast charging support. We get a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner on the back as well.

Conclusion
The phones have been launched at somewhat unreasonable pricing and are available via Realme’s offline retail outlets and Daraz (online). These phones will be continuing the legacy left behind by Realme 6 series and will also compensate for their lack of stock in the Nepalese market.
