Let’s get into the X9b’s overview,
Design:
The X9b comes with a sleek design as the phone is only 7.98mm thick and weighs comparatively low around 185gm considering its huge 6.78 inches display and a 5800mhz battery.
The phone rocks dual nano sim support but does not have support for stereo speakers and the phone also lacks 3.5mm headphone jack.
Display:
The phone’s display comes in a whopping 6.78’’ AMOLED, 1B colours and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone comes in 1220 x 2652 pixel curved screen, with a 19.5:9 ratio and 431 ppi density. The best thing about the phone seems to be display at the initial glance as the display is top notch not only the refresh rate is 120Hz but the PWM dimming is 1920Hz which helps with screen flickering in low brightness mode.
Performance:
The phone comes with a decent midrange chip, the “Qualcomm SM6450 Snapdragon 6 Gen 1” which is an octa core processor and will have no issue in daily tasks but you can feel the chip throttling in cpu and gpu intensive tasks. The phone comes with a 12GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage as the only option in Nepal. The phone comes with Android 13, Magic UI 7.2 on top of it.
Camera:
The phone comes with a triple rear camera setup in the back and a punch hole single selfie camera. The main camera is 108 MP, f/1.8 but the main camera does not have OIS support. The main camera supports video recording up to 4K@ 30fps and there is a ultra wide camera that is 5 MP, f/2.2 and there is also a 2 MP, f/2.4 macro camera.
The selfie snapper is 16 mp, f/2.5 with video recording support up to 1080@30fps, and the phone does not seems to be suitable if you ever thought of vlogging.
Battery:
The phone comes with a mammoth 5800 mAH, Li-Po non removable battery which seems to last easily up to two days in a single charge. The phone comes with a 35 watt charger out of the box. The phone also can be used to juice other phones via reverse wired charging.
